MES served as engineer of record for a 0.19 MGD wastewater treatment plant (phased to 0.38 MGD) for Kimley-Horn’s 417-lot Georgetown development client. Deliverables included plant type selection analysis (modular vs. cast-in-place), basis of design report, 100% construction drawings, and bidding support. Fixed lump sum pricing protected Kimley-Horn’s margins while allowing them to deliver full-service civil and utility engineering without maintaining dedicated treatment plant staff.
