Job Description
We are seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize operations for the CEO and the company. This role requires a strong technical background, collaboration with diverse teams, and a commitment to innovation.
Responsibilities
CEO Task Automation
↳ Analyze the CEO’s daily tasks to identify automation opportunities.
↳ Implement AI-driven tools such as chatbots, scheduling assistants, and task trackers.
↳ Automate email management, meeting scheduling, and administrative duties.
Workflow Automation
↳ Develop and maintain automated workflows using platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or custom scripts.
↳ Design integrations for seamless data flow and task management across systems.
System Development
↳ Build and implement AI solutions tailored to specific departmental needs.
↳ Train the CEO and stakeholders on new AI systems to ensure smooth adoption and usage.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
↳ Monitor AI systems to ensure performance, reliability, and accuracy.
↳ Gather feedback to refine and improve system capabilities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
↳ Serve as a liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and technical experts.
↳ Conduct workshops or training sessions to maximize productivity with AI tools.
Qualifications
Technical Skills
↳ Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
↳ Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
↳ Programming skills in Python, R, or JavaScript.
↳ Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Power Automate.
↳ Familiarity with task management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack).
Educational Background
↳ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
↳ Relevant certifications in AI/ML (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google AI Engineer).
Experience
↳ At least 1-2 years of experience in AI/ML development or workflow automation.
↳ Proven track record in implementing automation to improve efficiency.
↳ Experience collaborating with executives or senior leadership.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a Professional Engineer (PE) license to take on a leadership role in managing commercial, residential, and industrial land development projects. This role requires expertise in project management, technical design, and client communication while leading a diverse team of engineers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a remote workforce environment and demonstrate the ability to deliver innovative solutions across various stages of the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute land development projects, including:
↳ Subdivisions
↳ Stormwater systems
↳ Water and sewer facilities
↳ Lift station facilities
Prepare and review:
↳ Hydraulic calculations
↳ Engineering reports
↳ Cost estimates
↳ Design documents
Oversee project planning, submittals, and construction phase support to ensure successful delivery.
Lead remote meetings with clients to:
↳ Discuss project plans
↳ Provide recommendations
↳ Present alternative approaches
Develop and refine internal processes to enhance engineering solutions and project efficiency.
Collaborate with global engineering teams to address:

Conduct on-site inspections as needed to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Mentor and coach team members to build technical expertise and foster professional growth.
Prepare and lead proposals for projects of all sizes, including RFP submissions.
Qualifications
↳ Professional Engineering (PE) license in TX is required; additional PE licenses in CO, FL, NV, AZ, KS, or OK are a plus.
↳ At least 15 years of post-graduate experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development.
↳ Proficiency in:
↳ AutoCAD Civil 3D
↳ MS Office
↳ MS Project
↳ Collaboration tools like MS Teams
↳ Strong understanding of local land development requirements and procedures.
↳ Proven experience managing remote teams and global engineering projects.
↳ Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
↳ Intelligent, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to complete complex, multi-step tasks.

Expected Salary
↳ $150,000 – $190,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation includes a base salary and eligibility for our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer with expertise in water and wastewater treatment processes to lead and execute engineering projects from conceptual design through completion. This role involves working closely with project teams to develop world-class designs and solutions, adapting project plans based on budget constraints, client needs, and design factors.

↳ Lead the process design and execution of water and/or wastewater treatment projects.
↳ Become a subject matter expert in regional treatment plant operations and design.
↳ Manage daily technical work, project planning, scope, schedules, and budgets.
↳ Develop project objectives and performance goals, maintaining client and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications
↳ Master of Science in Environmental Engineering.
↳ Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering, with a strong preference for design/construction of municipal water or wastewater facilities.
↳ Professional Engineering License (PE) in Colorado or ability to obtain within six months.
↳ Strong background in water or wastewater processes, with specific skills in:
↳ Filtration, hydraulics, chemical feed systems, and/or advanced oxidation (water-focused).
↳ Primary treatment, biological treatment (including BNR), and solids processing (wastewater-focused).
↳ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project aspects with thorough knowledge of engineering techniques, tools, and procedures.
↳ Proficiency in:
↳ Process simulation software (e.g., Hysys, Aspen, HTRI).
↳ Microsoft Office Suite.
↳ Relevant engineering design codes (ASME, ANSI, API, PIP, NACE).
↳ Excellent communication, team building, and problem-solving skills.
↳ Willingness to travel as needed for projects.

Expected Salary
↳ $125,000 – $200,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. The total compensation package includes a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
