Key Responsibilities
↳ Lead water/wastewater treatment facility design using AI-enhanced systems
↳ Manage projects for on-time, on-budget delivery with exceptional quality
↳ Review and seal engineering deliverables
↳ Serve as primary client contact
↳ Navigate regulatory compliance with CDPHE and EPA
↳ Identify and implement new treatment technologies
Required Qualifications
↳ PE license in Colorado (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
↳ Bachelor’s in Environmental/Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
↳ 8+ years of water/wastewater treatment engineering experience
↳ Treatment process design expertise
↳ Experience with regulatory agencies (CDPHE, EPA)
↳ Proficiency with modeling software (EPANet), AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MS Office

Expected Salary
↳ $150,000 – $190,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation includes a base salary and eligibility for our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
