Key Responsibilities: 

↳ Lead water/wastewater infrastructure design using AI-enhanced systems 
↳ Manage projects for on-time, on-budget delivery with exceptional quality 
↳ Review and seal engineering deliverables as the responsible PE 
↳ Serve as primary client contact for technical discussions and project coordination 
↳ Navigate regulatory compliance with CDPHE, TCEQ, and EPA requirements 
↳ Identify and implement new infrastructure technologies and design approaches 
↳ Mentor EITs and project managers in technical skills and professional development 
↳ Support business development through proposal preparation and client relationship building 

  

Required Qualifications: 

↳ PE License: Colorado, Texas, or ability to obtain within 6 months (we’ll support the process) 
↳ Engineering Degree: Bachelor’s in Civil/Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred) 
↳ Industry Experience: 8+ years in water/wastewater infrastructure engineering 
↳ Technical Expertise: Experience with distribution and collection system design, treatment processes, and pump station design 
↳ Regulatory Experience: Working knowledge of state agencies (CDPHE, TCEQ) and EPA requirements 
↳ Software Proficiency: AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydraulic modeling software (EPANet, InfoWater), and MS Office 
↳ Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal abilities for client interaction and team collaboration

Expected Salary

↳ $150,000 – $190,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation includes a base salary and eligibility for our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
