The Phippsburg and Milner Collection System Improvements project focused on enhancing essential wastewater infrastructure for both communities. The project involved the rehabilitation of 20,000 feet of aging collection pipelines and the lining and improvement of multiple manholes to ensure long-term durability and performance. These upgrades are critical to maintaining reliable wastewater service and reducing maintenance needs in the future.
