Water Engineering

Water supply requires Water Management District approval before you design anything. We handle consumptive use permits with SFWMD, SWFWMD, or SJRWMD, account for saltwater intrusion limits in coastal zones, and coordinate utility interconnects. You know if your supply is viable before spending on engineering that can’t get permitted. Wells get sited where drawdown restrictions allow actual withdrawal.

Civil Engineering

Florida grading means building up to meet base flood elevation, not cutting down. We design site layouts that minimize fill costs, coordinate environmental resource permits with your Water Management District, and sequence utilities so dewatering doesn’t destabilize adjacent properties.
