Both Phippsburg and Milner had aging wastewater treatment infrastructure that could no longer meet growing community demands or regulatory discharge requirements. Modern Engineering Solutions led the civil design for two new replacement facilities simultaneously, collaborating with process engineers to deliver compliant, sustainable treatment systems for both communities.
