Cabins on the graded site, Kremmling, Colorado
A real estate investor planned a cabin development in Kremmling, Colorado. The project needed a civil drawing set and a drainage report for agency review.
MES started work in September 2023 and visited the site that month.
The civil set covers the site plan, grading, storm sewer, a sewer network with plan and details, and a water network.
The set also has existing and proposed drainage area maps, a fire truck analysis sheet and an erosion control plan sheet.
In January 2024 MES worked on the drainage report and updated the drainage tables. A senior engineer reviewed the drawings and the set that month.
MES answered review comments from January to April 2024. The team wrote comment response letters and revised the drawings. In February it updated the layout for a new building size, and in March it updated the water network.
The revisions from February to April 2024 were for agency review.
MES reviewed the final submittal in January 2024 and sent the plans to the owner.
In April 2024 MES addressed the review comments and plotted all sheets.
In June 2024 MES exported the AutoCAD files for other teams.
