What this covers
Between your interconnection agreement and notice to proceed, a few approvals set the schedule: access, drainage, platting where it applies, and the fire code official’s review of access and water supply. If the EPC designs only inside the fence, nobody owns them.
We start the longest clock first, typically the TxDOT driveway permit, and flag owner costs like a tank or hydrant as early as the agencies will commit. One scope, one fee. We commit our production times; agency review times are not ours to promise.
- TxDOT access driveway permit, with spacing, sight distance and culvert sizing
- Ponding-area drainage analysis, before the EPC fixes the fenced layout
- County development and plat submittal, once we confirm a plat is required
- Fire code submittal: apparatus access and water supply (or an NFPA 1142 calculation), with your EPC’s NFPA 855 design
- Water tap design, SWPPP and TXR150000 documentation, and the 911 address
- A sealed site assessment before you commit: desktop diligence, walk-down, permit matrix, cost exposures
