Project
MES has finished civil site plan and city review work on 128 drive-up water kiosk sites across seven states.
A drive-up water kiosk chain opens new sites in many cities at once.
Each site needs its own civil plan set, and each city runs its own review. Some cities ask for more sheets than others. Review comments come back and have to be answered.
MES prepared the civil site plan sets. A typical set held a cover sheet, a site plan and a utility plan, built on the site survey.
Where a city asked for more, the team added it. City comments led to an overall site plan and a landscape sheet on one site, a profile sheet on another and a kiosk sheet on a third. Other sets carried photometric, landscape or kiosk elevation sheets.
MES reviewers checked the sets as well, and the team revised the plans on their comments.
MES then took the sets through agency review. When a city sent comments, the team updated the sheets to answer them.
Agency review and plan revisions is the largest line of work in the time records, ahead of design document preparation.
As of October 2026, MES has finished its work on 128 sites in the program.
Of those, 125 have a city on record. They sit in 98 cities across seven states: Texas 50, Florida 29, California 18, Colorado 14, Arizona 8, Nevada 5 and New Mexico 1.
The program is still adding sites.
